It sucks when I realize that our friendship is always so damn temporary. I never know when things are gonna go downhill again for no apparent reason. It just does all of a sudden one day and then I’m left here confused as heck& you can’t even give me an explaination that I obviously deserve. Thats what I hate. Friends.
When I’m with them it’s pretty much an escape from reality for me. I don’t think about all the negative things going on in my life and I just focus on trying to have fun with them. Then I get home and that escape from reality is over. Well, it was fun while it lasted.
I can tell if somethings wrong just by the way someone texts me. If its different than how they usually text, then I know somethings up. When I see the lack of enthusiasm, lack of smiley faces, and the slowest of replies, it makes me wonder what happened. If the person’s just going through some shit at the moment or if it’s something I did. It worries me sometimes.
Different.
Don’t you just hate it when one day someone just starts acting way different than how they were acting the day before that? Like, one day you guys are talking, hitting it off, then the next, all you get is silence. You don’t know what you did, what you said, to make things how they are right now. When you hold on, you tend to “hope” he/she will turn back around but who knows if they’ll come back? When you are the only one holding on, you tend to feel unwanted. Better to let go, because it’s not worth it if you are the only putting up with the effort. Letting go is a sacrifice but it makes you stronger.
